Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at tapetechcustomerservice@tapetech.com within the first 14 days and we will refund you the course costs.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with all packaging materials.

If you purchased a course with a product kit you may choose to keep the products and the price of the products will be deducted from the refund. You may also choose to return the products- in this case you will be responsible for cost of return shipping, and once products are received you will receive a full refund minus a restocking fee of 15% of the products' price.
